Q1. What are the requirements of photo and signature?
A. The photo should have a resolution of 300*350 pixels (width 300 and height 350) and a size up to 75 KB. The signature should have a resolution of 300*80 pixels (width 300 and height 80) and a size up to 20 KB.
Q2. Where can I find the Application form, Receipt of Application, Money Receipt options?
A. Go to https://admissionckruet.ac.bd/ and login to your dashboard. You will find the options on your dashboard.
Q3. Can I take a print out of the form and fill it with a pen?
A. No. You can fill the form online only.
Q4. The automatically loaded grades and/or marks do not match with my grade sheet. What should I do?
A. Contact with our helpline number provided on our website https://admissionckruet.ac.bd/contact.html .
Q5. If I have multiple roll numbers in SSC/ HSC or equivalent examination from a foreign board, which one should I enter?
A. Any one of the valid roll numbers, preferably the latest one.
Q6. I do not own a mobile phone. Can I skip the field of mobile phone number?
A. No. Even if you do not own a mobile phone, please provide the mobile phone number of a person through whom the CKRUET authority can contact you if necessary.
Q7. The remaining part of my address is too long. What should I do?
A. You have to type the remaining part of your address in a concise meaningful way so that it does not exceed 80 characters (50 characters in the text box of Line 1 and 30 characters in the text box of Line 2).
Q8. Should I take print out of the "Preview" of my application?
A. No. All the applicants can download a pdf version of the Application form from their dashboard.
Q9. How can I be sure that my online application is submitted?
A. You will get an email and SMS stating that you have successfully submitted the online application. In the message an automatically generated Application ID. And Password will also be mentioned. Please take note of this Application ID And Password to login to your dashboard. Please see the status of your application, by logging to your dashboard.
Q10. I have made unintentional mistakes in my submitted online application. What should I do?
A. You can fill up a new online application form and then submit again. Please take note of the new Application ID for future use.
Q11. I have made multiple online submissions. Will that be a problem?
A. No. You need to keep record of the Application ID of the application for which you have made the payment through Cards/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking etc.
Q12. How can I pay the Application Fee through Mobile Banking?
A. You will get the Mobile banking (bKash/Rocket/Nagad etc.) options on the SSL Commerz payment gateway during Application fee submission.
Q13. I passed SSC Examination in 2018 and HSC in 2021. How I can apply?
A. Select your SSC and HSC passing Year and Board and Roll number then apply.
Q14. I paid money but not yet received confirmation. What should I do?
A. If you don’t get any email then regarding payment confirmation, login to your dashboard and check your payment status. Your amount was deducted but you can’t download your money receipt from your dashboard then contact our helpline number https://admissionckruet.ac.bd/contact.html as soon as possible.
Q15. I am facing problem to pay my application fee. What should I do?
A. Please try again. If you fail, you may try with another online payment account/ agent.
Q16. How can I change my examination center choice?
A. If you have already paid the examination fee, you can not change the choice of examination center . If you haven't paid yet, try a new application with your desired examination center choice and complete payment for this new application.
Q17. My Name/Parents Name/ Date of birth information showing wrong. What should I do?
A. You can complete your application with the information shown and pay your application fee. Then send an email to [email protected] as follows

Q18. How can I change my group?
A. If you have already paid the examination fee, you can not change the group . If you haven't paid yet, try a new application with your desired group and complete payment for this new application.
Q19. The amount has been deducted from my wallet but my dashboard shows not paid. I got/didn't get an email from SSL commerz. What can I do?
A. Please send the screenshot of the transaction SMS and the SSL Commerz email (if you got it) to [email protected]
